The Palm Court Hotel is situated on the Eastern Esplanade, the main seafront road from Margate to Broadstairs, between Godwin Road and Harold Road. The Hotel overlooks the beautiful Oval Garden of the Queens Promenade, which itself overlooks the sea below.

Eastern Esplanade is a wide road and part of a principal cliff top thoroughfare. As a result, the Hotel enjoys good and uninterrupted sea views from the front across the Queens Promenade. The Thanet Towns of Margate, Cliftonville and Broadstairs are long established coastal visitors towns located in the tranquillity of the South Eastern coast.

Margate itself has a resident population slightly in excess of 50,000 and is 15 miles and 69 miles respectively to the east of Canterbury and London. Palm Court Hotel was one of the long established Court Hotels. It was taken over by the present owners, Gabriel and Julie, who have made extensive improvements to the locally very popular Palm Court Hotel with its unique self contained Leisure and Health Suite.

The Leisure Suite, at the rear of the reception, is highly recommended with whirlpool bath, sauna and hot tub. There are 3 Changing Rooms, sunbeds in the Solarium and WC’s. The Palm Court Hotel is a 3 Star(***) Hotel, graded by the English Tourism Council. There is ample free parking in front and all around the Hotel. Limited Private Parking also available.

Being a family run hotel, we serve only fresh home cooked food of the highest standard and by our own in-house Chef. We are only a stone throw away from Winter Gardens, Margate. We are near Margate Beaches and the Winter Gardens. Some Suites have 4 poster beds. All rooms are en-suite.
